Redondo Beach remodeling contractor
Remodeling for Houses That Face the Ocean Air
Salt, fog and wind-driven rain go after the outside of a house first: the stucco, the window frames, the deck. We repair and rebuild those parts so the rest of the house stays dry.
Where we usually start
Most calls are about the shell of the house. The rest of what we build is listed after it, from ADUs to full remodels, with business property last.

How a job runs
You send the details
Use the form, or ask for a call back. If photos would help, we ask for them when we reply.
We look at the house
We check the area and what is behind it, with moisture readings or a small test opening where it matters.
You get a written quote
Scope, materials and price in writing, with any options priced as separate lines.
We build it
Permits filed where needed, work done in the order the quote lists, and the site cleaned up daily.
Close to the coast, and well beyond it
We are based in Redondo Beach and take on work in 103 cities across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. These are the ones nearest the shop.
Why we start outside
A kitchen or a bathroom can be beautiful and still fail if the wall behind it is wet. Near the ocean that happens more than people expect: a window that was never flashed, a deck ledger bolted straight to the siding, stucco that cracked at the corners years ago.
So we look at the envelope first on every job, even when you called about something inside. If it is sound, we say so and get on with the work you asked for. If it is not, you hear about it before the new cabinets go in.
How we work- Licensed for the remodeling and construction work we take on
