Selling a Fire-Damaged Property
If you would rather sell a burned or smoke-damaged house, or a cleared lot, than rebuild it, tell us about the property. The form goes straight to us.
When selling makes sense
Rebuilding after a fire takes time, money and a lot of decisions. You may not want to go through it, or may not be able to. You may live elsewhere now and not plan to return. Selling the property as it is can be the simpler path.
We look at fire-damaged houses and lots in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, including properties with partial structures still standing and lots that have already been cleared.
What to send us
The property address, its current state (standing, partly standing or cleared), whether debris removal is done, and anything you know about the insurance claim or liens. If photos would help, we ask for them when we reply. You do not need to have every detail before you get in touch.
If you decide to rebuild instead
That is fine too. Our fire rebuild service covers rebuilding from a cleared lot or a damaged shell, with plans, permits and a building envelope detailed to current wildfire standards.
Before you send the form
No. Tell us what state the property is in now, standing, partly standing or cleared, and we take it from there.
We look at properties across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Send the address with the form.
We read the details and get back to you by phone or email about the property. Sending the form does not commit you to anything.
