Commercial Construction for Small Buildings
Ground-up and major rebuild work on small commercial buildings, with the same attention to flashing, glazing and drainage we give a house near the water.
The scope we take on
We build and rebuild small commercial buildings: storefront buildings, small offices and mixed-use shells. The work runs from site and foundation through framing, envelope and systems rough-in, and we coordinate with your architect, engineer and the city throughout.
Envelope first
Storefront glazing, parapets and roof edges take the brunt of the weather on a commercial building. We detail sill pans under storefront systems, through-wall flashing at parapets and drainage at every transition, then document it before it is covered.
Schedules and tenants
Commercial work often has to fit around neighbors, deliveries and opening dates. We set out the sequence in the written quote and keep the site organized and safe for the people around it.
Commercial Construction: questions
Small buildings and building rebuilds, typically one to three stories. Tell us the scope and we will say plainly whether it is a good fit.
Yes. We build from your architect's drawings and work through submittals and requests for information with them during construction.
We submit, track plan check and schedule inspections with the city, working from the stamped drawings your design team provides.
