Quotes and visits
Fill in the form with a short description. We reply to arrange a visit, look at the house and send a written quote.
So you can see what each part costs and compare options, such as a recoat against a full restucco. You can drop or add a line without the whole quote changing.
The quote says how hidden damage is handled, usually with a unit price for extra framing or sheathing. We show you what we found before doing extra work.
Coastal houses
Everything that keeps the weather out: stucco or siding, the paper behind it, windows, doors, flashing, roof edges and deck connections.
Stainless or heavily coated fasteners and hardware, vinyl or fiberglass window frames, composite or well-sealed wood decking, and stucco or fiber cement with proper flashing behind it.
Look at it once a year, especially below windows and at the base of walls. Cracks wider than a hairline, stains and soft spots are worth having checked.
Permits, prices and areas
Yes, where the work needs one. We prepare or coordinate the drawings, submit them and schedule inspections.
Only one: our ADU plans package starts at $8,200 for a one-story ADU up to 500 sq ft. Everything else depends on the house, so it is priced after a visit.
