How We Work

A Redondo Beach remodeling and construction company that starts every job by asking whether the outside of the house is keeping the weather out.

Ask for a written quote

We read every request ourselves and reply about the job you describe, nothing else. How we use your details.

To send, add what you are interested in, your first name and a phone number or an email.

The envelope comes first

The envelope is everything between the inside of a house and the weather: stucco or siding, the paper behind it, windows, doors, flashing, the roof edges and the deck connections. Near the ocean those parts work harder than they do inland. Salt corrodes metal, fog keeps surfaces damp, and wind drives rain into joints that would stay dry on a still day.

When the envelope fails, the damage shows up inside, often years later. That is why we check it on every job, including the ones that start with a kitchen.

What you get in writing

After a visit you receive a written quote: what we found, what we propose, the materials, and the price. Choices like a full restucco instead of a recoat, or composite instead of wood decking, are priced as separate lines so you can compare them. If something is hidden until a wall is opened, the quote says how it will be handled and priced.

The work we take on

Most of our jobs are on houses: stucco and exterior repair, windows and doors, decks and patios, ADUs, additions, kitchens, baths, floors, structural repair, new homes and rebuilds after a fire. We also take on small commercial buildings, tenant build-outs and renovations of offices and shops.

We are licensed for the remodeling and construction work we take on, and we pull permits where the work needs them.

Where we work

We are based in Redondo Beach and work in 103 cities across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Coastal cities are where our approach matters most, but the same habits help an inland house, where sun and heat do the damage instead of salt.
