Diamond Bar houses sit across rolling hills, many of them two-story tract homes in neighborhoods with associations that control colors. Slope-side walls take water from the hill, garage door headers crack at their corners and the summer sun fades everything. We repair the plaster at each of those points and refinish in the association's approved colors.

Garages and slopes

Wide garage door openings on two-story houses carry the wall above on a long header, and the stucco cracks diagonally from its upper corners. We cut out those cracks, add diamond mesh across each corner and rebuild the plaster so the corners hold. On sloped lots, the wall that faces uphill often has soil or a planter against it, and its base stays wet. We pull soil back from the screed, add a drain where water collects and rebuild the damp band of plaster.

Association colors

Most neighborhoods here specify exterior colors and sometimes require approval before a house is repainted. We obtain the approved scheme, match it on the wall and submit the request on the owner's behalf. After repairs, a coating across the house seals hairline cracks from the heat and brings the walls to one approved color. Trim and garage doors are painted to the scheme in the same visit, so the house returns to a consistent look from the street. Mailbox posts and gates are protected during work.
